Vibe designed this team exclusively for first-year lacrosse players who want more training, confidence, and experience before stepping into their first competitive season.

For two full hours each Saturday, the focus is entirely on the beginner. Players receive dedicated instruction in stick skills, rules, game concepts, and lacrosse IQ alongside athletes at the same experience level.

LACROSSE 101: ONLINE TRAINING
Players learn the essential rules, positions, and responsibilities of the game in an interactive online session.
PREPARE
GAME-LIKE SCRIMAGES
Structured scrimmages designed to build game awareness, decision-making, & confidence.

MEET THE COACH
Vibe Development Team Head Coach Ella Onesti is a Vibe alum, 2023 Foothill League Defensive Player of the Year, Valencia High School alum & current JV Head Coach. Coaching with Vibe since 2023, she has worked with athletes from first-time players through Varsity.
Coach Ella is passionate about giving every athlete the instruction, encouragement, and attention needed to truly understand the game, not simply keep up with it. She is committed to preparing athletes to step into their first competitive season with the skills, lacrosse IQ, and confidence to compete.
