HIGH INTENSITY TRAINING

Vibe training is led by the region’s top coaches and elite former and current lacrosse athletes, bringing real game experience to every practice. Our high-intensity drills are tailored to each player's skill level. We start with mastering proper technique and fundamentals, then progress to fast-paced, competitive reps designed to give athletes a true edge on the field.

Elite coaching from current and former college lacrosse players, top high school coaches, and some of the most accomplished athletes in the region. In addition to our outstanding coaching staff, Vibe staff includes a former NCAA Division 1 Head Coach and NAIA Head Coach offering our athletes personalized one on one recruiting assistance.

At Vibe, we’re committed to more than just helping athletes reach short-term goals, we empower them to realize their full potential. Our personalized recruiting services are led by former NCAA Division I Head Coach Alexa Matta, who brings a wealth of experience and insight to the process. Through exclusive one-on-one sessions and in-depth seminars, Coach Alexa helps athletes build and refine their recruiting profiles, provides honest, expert feedback, and offers guidance to help each athlete navigate the recruiting process and identify programs that align with their skills, goals, and academic path.
