-
If they did not play in Vibe Tournament Team this summer (2025), a new uniform MUST be purchased.
WHAT IF MY ATHLETE CAN'T ATTEND ALL 3 TOURNAMENTS?
No problem! Vibe offers 2- or 3-tournament packages so you can choose what fits your schedule. Regardless of your package, all practices, clinics, events, and scrimmages are included.

CAN I UPGRADE TO THE 3 TOURNAMENT PACKAGE LATER?

We are limited in the number of players we can roster for each tournament, and spots are filled on a first-come, first-served basis. Roster spots often sell out quickly during the Fall/Winter season.

If you registered for the 2-tournament package and later decide to add the 3rd tournament, please contact Coach Leesa as soon as possible. If space is available, you may upgrade by paying the $100 difference between the packages.
WHAT IF MY ATHLETE CAN'T ATTEND ALL THE PRACTICES?
While consistent attendance is important for tournament prep, we understand occasional conflicts. Please notify Coach Leesa or any member of the Vibe coaching staff if your athlete will miss practice.
Note: Playing time is earned through practice. Repeated absences may affect tournament play.

DO WE HAVE TO STAY IN A HOTEL FOR TOURNAMENTS OR CAN WE COMMUTE?
You may stay at a hotel or Airbnb near the tournament location or commute daily.
Important: Accommodations near the Sand Storm Tournament fill up fast — book early!
IS LACROSSE EXPERIENCE REQUIRED?
No experience? No problem! Our lower tournament teams are open to beginners who are eager to learn and willing to put in the work. Our coaches will work hard to get new players up to speed. If your athlete is new to lacrosse and plans to tryout or play in high school, there is no better way to prepare than playing in tournaments.
Note: Playing time may be limited for beginners, but many show huge improvement from this experience.
CAN I GET A REFUND?
No, all tournament and uniform packages are non-refundable. We must pay player tournament entry fees early to secure roster spots, tournaments do not offer us refunds. Once registered, we cannot issue a refund.
WHY DOES VIBE ONLY PRACTICE ONCE A WEEK DURING THE FALL/WINTER SEASON?
All area high school girls' lacrosse teams hold multiple practices during the week in the off-season. To support both our athletes and their school programs, Vibe has designed a Fall/Winter schedule that doesn’t interfere with the athlete's mid-week high school training.
By extending our season to 19 weeks and holding practices once a week on Saturdays, we’re able to offer the same number of tournaments, events, clinics, and practices as our summer season—without overwhelming our athletes.
This structure allows players to:
-
Fully participate in their high school off-season training
-
Stay on top of academic responsibilities
-
Maintain a healthy balance between sports, family and social life
Our extended season is built to complement, not compete with, high school lacrosse. We aim to enhance the hard work our athletes are already putting in, without causing burnout or forcing them to choose between club and school teams.

WHY DOES THE SUMMER SEASON COST ABOUT THE SAME AS THE FALL/WINTER SEASON?

Although the Summer season is shorter in length, it includes the same number of practices, clinics, events, and tournaments as our Fall/Winter season. We simply condense the full experience into an intensive 8-week schedule, delivering high-level training and competition in a shorter timeframe.

Summer registration fees are slightly higher because they include the cost of a tournament uniform. To save families money, we reuse these uniforms in the Fall/Winter season and reduce the registration fee accordingly.
Athletes who did not play with Vibe during the summer will need to purchase a uniform when registering for Fall/Winter.

In the end, both seasons provide the same value, with equal access to tournaments, practices, clinics, and events — just on different timelines.
