WHAT SETS VIBE APART?
Our staff includes former collegiate players, current college athletes, Division I commits, and top local high school coaches—bringing high-level experience and energy to every session. We also have a former NCAA Division I Head Coach serving as our Recruiting Director, providing guidance and structure to help athletes navigate the recruiting process. We keep a low coach-to-player ratio (approximately 5:1), allowing for more individualized instruction, detailed feedback, and meaningful development at every practice. The result is a focused, competitive environment where every athlete is seen, coached, and challenged.
HOW DOES VIBE COMPARE IN VALUE TO OTHER PROGRAMS?
Vibe Lacrosse is designed to deliver a complete, high-level experience—without many of the added costs families often encounter with other programs. For the past 8 years, our mission has been to provide high-quality lacrosse training and competitive opportunities to athletes in the Santa Clarita Valley, while keeping the program accessible to our local community. Our athletes benefit from experienced coaching by current and former collegiate players, small group training, and consistent, high-quality instruction—all within the only girls club program based right here in Santa Clarita. This means less time commuting, fewer travel demands, and more time focused on development. While many programs come at a significantly higher cost, Vibe has built an efficient model that prioritizes player growth and access to high-level coaching. The result is an exceptional value—where families receive a level of training, attention, and opportunity that often exceeds what is offered at higher price points.
DO I NEED LACROSSE EXPERIENCE?
No experience? No problem. Our beginner-level team is designed for athletes who are new to lacrosse and eager to learn the game in a supportive, competitive environment. For athletes who are brand new, we strongly encourage starting at the beginner level to build strong fundamentals and confidence. However, if your athlete is new to the sport but plans to participate in high school lacrosse in the fall, they may be considered for placement on our tournament team based on readiness and commitment. Our coaching staff will help guide each athlete into the appropriate level to ensure the best possible development experience.
WHAT IS THE PRACTICE SCHEDULE?
Practices are held twice a week from the week of June 8 through August 1. The Tournament Team will also have two pre-season Kickoff practices on Saturday, May 16 and Saturday, May 30. Athletes will receive their team placement during these Kickoff practices. For full details, please visit our Practices page. *We are currently finalizing field space for the summer. The final practice schedule will be posted by May 1.
MY ATHLETE CANNOT ATTEND ALL THE PRACTICES
We understand that summer schedules often include family vacations and occasional conflicts. While consistent attendance is important for team development and tournament preparation, players will not be penalized for short-term planned absences. Please notify a member of the Vibe coaching staff in advance if your athlete will miss practice. Please note: playing time is based on attendance, effort, and commitment over the course of the season. Extended or repeated absences may impact tournament playing time.
