Practices are held Saturday's from 10:00 AM–12:00 PM at West Ranch High School. You can view our full Fall/Winter Practice schedule HERE.

Athletes will need a mouthguard, should wear comfortable athletic attire and bring plenty of water.

 

Loaner sticks and goggles are available. If you have your own equipment, please bring it with you.
