DEVELOPMENT TEAM
New to the game? Start the right way with the Vibe Development Team. Built exclusively for first-time players, this program builds a strong foundation and introduces the structure of competitive lacrosse. We meet athletes where they are—and develop confident, disciplined players who understand the game. Athletes will: -Build fundamental skills and technique -Develop confidence through structured training -Learn game concepts, positioning, and flow -Train in a focused, supportive environment PROGRAM DETAILS • Built exclusively for first-time players with no prior lacrosse experience • Grades 4–12 • Equipment required: girls lacrosse stick, goggles, and mouthguard (cleats optional) WHAT’S INCLUDED • 16 practices (2x per week) • Coaching from experienced staff and advanced players • Progressive skill development and instruction • Game understanding and situational play • End-of-summer Vibe 6v6 intersquad scrimmage REGISTRATION FEE Early Bird - Before May 16 $350 After May 16 $450

You can play anywhere, but you elevate your game at Vibe. Our Tournament Teams are for players of all levels (Varsity, JV, Youth). The right fit for most athletes. Vibe Tournament teams are designed for development, competitive play, and for those looking to take their game to the next level. Tournament Team Registration Fees Include: • Vibe Tournament uniform • 16 practices (2x per week) • 2 Bonus Summer Kickoff Practices (May 16 & May 30) • High-intensity training led by the area’s top coaches and current/former college players, tailored to each athlete’s level. • 3 Premier Tournaments: – Santa Barbara Showdown – Battle by the Beach – Legends Meltdown • End-of-summer Vibe 6v6 intersquad scrimmage *Weekly practices begin the week of June 8th and run through August 1st. Invitation Only*: Selection is based on an athlete’s tryout performance and overall readiness. Limited to the top 18 athletes in the program, this team requires a higher level of commitment. Summer Registration Fees Include: • Vibe tournament uniform • 18 practices (2x per week). June 8 – August 1 • Elite training from top local coaches & current/former college athletes • Vibe Summer Cool Down 6v6 intersquad event Exclusive Elite Team Benefits: • 30-min speed & agility training once a week with Coach Madison Pena • 1-on-1 recruiting guidance with former Division 1 Head Coach, Alexa Matta • Premium IWLCA recruiting membership ($400 value) 4 Premier Tournaments: – Santa Barbara Showdown – Battle by the Beach – Legends Meltdown • -- BONUS: IWLCA West Coast Cup *REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS: Athletes selected for the Elite Team will receive an invitation after the May 16 kickoff practice. Participation requires registration for the tournament team plus an additional $300 fee.
