8-Week Speed & Agility Add-On

  • Train with Vibe Coach and EMPWR Training owner, Coach Madison Pena. These weekly 30–40 minute small-group sessions are designed to build on team training with additional focus on speed, agility, and footwork—giving athletes an added competitive edge.
  • Sessions held once a week after tournament team practice for 8 weeks (June 8-August 1)
