VIBE DEVELOPMENT TEAM
Designed exclusively for first-year lacrosse players who want more training, more confidence, and more experience before stepping into their first competitive season.
Players receive club-level training alongside athletes at a similar experience level, giving them the opportunity to develop their skills and learn the game without the pressure or commitment of tournament play.
Players will:
• Build strong fundamental skills and technique
• Improve stick skills through consistent, focused training
• Develop confidence through repetition and game-like situations
• Learn game concepts, positioning, and field awareness
• Gain experience through drills, small-sided play, and scrimmages
• Prepare to enter their first high school or recreational season ready to play

• Built exclusively for first-year lacrosse players

• Equipment required: girls lacrosse stick, goggles, and mouthguard (cleats recommended)
