A valid USA Lacrosse membership is required for beginners. This membership cost $35 a year and can be purchased at the USA Lacrosse website. 
 
ABOUT THE TEAM:
The Vibe Beginner Practice Team is built exclusively for first-time players in grades 4–12 with no lacrosse experience. Athletes build fundamental skills, develop confidence through structured training, and learn the game in a focused, supportive environment led by coaches who specialize in beginner development.
For athletes entering high school, this program can provide a valuable advantage heading into tryouts and the upcoming season. Fall high school practices are designed to prepare the entire team and often move quickly. Vibe Beginner training is dedicated exclusively to new athletes, giving them the focused instruction and repetition needed to build fundamental skills, understand the game, and enter the season more prepared and confident.
Players gain valuable stick skills, game knowledge, and on-field experience, giving them added confidence and a competitive edge heading into high school tryouts.
 
EQUIPMENT REQUIRED:
Girls lacrosse stick, goggles, and mouth guard
Cleats optional 
Rental equipment available ($25 for stick and goggles)
