A valid USA Lacrosse membership is required for beginners. This membership cost $35 a year and can be purchased at the USA Lacrosse website. 

ABOUT THE TEAM:
The Vibe Beginner Practice Team is built exclusively for first-time players in grades 4 through 12 with no lacrosse experience. Athletes build fundamental skills, develop confidence through structured training, and learn the game in a focused, supportive environment led by coaches who specialize in beginner development.
 
EQUIPMENT REQUIRED:
Girls lacrosse stick, goggles, and mouth guard
Cleats optional 
Rental equipment available ($25 for stick and goggles)
 
INCLUDED IN THE REGISTRATION:
• 16 practices (2x per week)
• Coaching from experienced staff and advanced players
• Progressive skill development and instruction
• Game understanding and situational play
• End-of-summer Vibe 6v6 intersquad scrimmage
