Andy Steier
Coach Andy Steier is a new coach to the Vibe, but not new to the Vibe family. Andy is the new Head Coach for the Valencia Vikings where this past season he led the Valencia JV team to an 11-1 record and a Co-Championship with West Ranch for the Varsity Team. Coach Andy loves teaching the X‘s and O’s and getting the girls involved in game day planning. His philosophy is that the girls are the ones on the field and there are times that they know what is working and what doesn’t.
Coach Andy likes to teach the girls how to play multiple positions so they understand the game from different perspectives and to learn outside their comfort level. He loves to see new players who have never picked up a stick learn and excel at the game.
Coach Andy and his wife have lived in the Santa Clarita area for almost 20 years and have an amazing daughter and son.
